Role: Data Scientist / AI Engineer (Path to CTO & Co-Founder)

• Own and develop AI models for adaptive video case studies, leveraging NLP, video generation, and machine learning.

• Work closely with the CEO & CPO (technical founders) to architect, build, and scale the AI infrastructure.

• Experiment with AI-generated storytelling, decision trees, and dynamic video content.

• Learn fast, iterate quickly, and help define the future of AI-powered experiential learning.

• Grow into CTO as the company scales.

Tech Stack

• Python (FastAPI, Pytorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI API, Llama, Stable Diffusion, etc.)

• AI Video Generation (RunwayML, Stable Video Diffusion, etc.)

• NLP / LLM Fine-Tuning (OpenAI, Llama, LoRA, Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• AWS / Cloud Deployment / MLOps

• React & Frontend AI Integration (optional but a plus)

Equity-Based Compensation (Path to CTO & Co-Founder)

Since we are an early-stage startup, we offer:

• Equity Pay – You’ll receive shares in the company (TBD, but meaningful).

• $1,000/month stipend (to cover basic expenses).

Fast-track to CTO / Co-Founder – As we raise funding, this will evolve into a salary + larger equity package.
